The Ideal ADA Compliant Sit Stand Desk is ideal for universities and corporate training facilities. The unit combines a spacious desk and a 15-rack unit equipment cabinet. Specifically, the desk has a vertical range of 11.8″. Accordingly, its typical buyer is a university to satisfy their ADA needs. Uniquely, it can replace a podium / lectern, desk, and storage rack all in one extremely attractive piece.
Finish
The Sit Stand Desk and Rack come standard in beautifully finished wood veneer. However, Melamine and Laminate finishes are available. We offer fourteen standard finishes. Additionally, we specialize in custom stain. So, if you have an existing room that you are trying to match, let us know. The chances are that we can match it.
Standard Features
The Sit Stand Desk lift, keyboard drawer, euro-hinged door, and removable access panel are standard features. Furthermore, the vent and cable port outlet in the equipment cabinet are standard. As well is the cable port outlet in the bottom of the desk.
Popular Options
Adjustable floor glides are standard. But 3″ heavy duty casters are an option to allow some mobility. Plus, locking 3″ casters are also available. To efficiently store audio visual equipment, rack rails are an option. Plus, to ventilate the AV gear, cooling fan(s), thermostats, and additional vents are often a must. Moreover, the work surface on The Ideal is customizable with custom cutouts and cable passageways.
Dimensions
The Ideal is 62.125″ wide, 27″ deep, and 34.625″ tall. The desk’s workstations ranges from 33″ to 44″. Detailed dimensions are in this drawing, WSV50_0750 Drawing. On units with 3″ casters, the width grows to 67.125″. This additional width is to all the casters to fully rotate while remaining hidden.
