DIY Podium | The Advantage

DIY Podium | The Advantage is a simple but sturdy podium that we ship to you flat in a box and is easy to build onsite.  It arrives in seven pieces plus four casters, a grommet, and a special bit for assembly.  Additionally, the DIY Podium is held together with incredibly strong Lamello Cabineo 8 M6 connectors.  Further, brass threaded inserts hold the M6 bolts instead of wood.  As a result, you can assemble, disassemble, and reassemble the unit many times without degrading the joints.  Even more impressive, if a part(s) becomes damaged; you can order a replacement part and simply replace the damaged part(s).

DIY Podium comes in many finishes – Wood Veneer, Melamine, and High Pressure Laminate (HPL).  Not to mention, it comes in Carpet.  It comes standard with 2″ heavy duty casters (2 rigid and 2 swivel).  The Advantage is compact with a width of 24″ along with a depth of 24″ and a height of approximately 48″.

The material used to construct the DIY Podium is 3/4″ thick.  The material has a Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) core or Particle Board core depending on the color ordered.  Wood Veneer, HPL, and Carpet have a MDF core.  However, Melamine comes with either core depending on the color.  Furthermore, if the core is a concern for you, please inquire, and we can tell you which colors come on which cores.

At this time, we are not offering options on the DIY Podium.  Nevertheless, if you require options, please take a look at The Advisor.  It is a very similar lectern that comes with a full array of options.
