The Alamo™ Modular Rolltop Training Console is a custom-designed modular rolltop training console featuring three locking rolltop desks with handcrafted solid wood tambour doors, providing secure storage for audio mixing consoles, lighting consoles, video switchers, production equipment, and instructor technology when not in use.

Originally developed through a collaboration between an interior design firm, architecture firm, general contractor, and Sound-Craft Systems for a major insurance company’s executive training center, The Alamo demonstrates how custom furniture can become an architectural centerpiece while elegantly concealing sophisticated technology.
Unlike conventional AV furniture, The Alamo is designed as an architectural element. Clean lines, premium materials, and handcrafted construction allow it to complement executive learning environments while providing secure equipment storage, integrated cable management, equipment ventilation, and convenient service access.
Three Locking Solid Wood Tambour Workstations
The centerpiece of The Alamo Modular Rolltop Training Console is its three independent rolltop workstations, each featuring a locking solid wood tambour door that disappears smoothly into the cabinet when opened.
Each workstation provides a secure operating position for technology such as:
- Audio mixing consoles
